Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. 

Shipping charges are calculated for the 48 US Continental States at the Checkout Page when you select Ground, Next Day, Second Day, or 3-Day Select for your shipping options. After viewing your complete order, you will have the opportunity to accept or decline your purchase before the order is processed through our website.

Delivery transit may take 1-7 business days for US customers and 7-14 business days for international shipments, depending on destination. 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refused or undeliverable packages are not grounds for a refund. 

The customer will have to pay for reshipment if the package is returned to us. 

If a change of delivery address occurs during a shipment through no fault of ours, the customer will be charged an $18.60 fee for the change of delivery address (UPS and FedEx fee).

DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT PACKAGES

If your shipment was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for a resolution. 

If your shipment does not arrive within 1-7 days within the US or 7-14 days internationally, please contact us so that we can reach out to the shipping company for a quick resolution. A claim may have to be filed, which may take up to 4 weeks.
