Returns                                                                                     We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us will be at the sender's expense unless the product received was not the item ordered.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products or special orders. Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Upon approval, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it can take a couple of business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still do not see the credit, please contact us at info@knotsandnets.com.
